New Hanover Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning New Hanover, North Carolina. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any office, court, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use is limited to lawful purposes. You may not use this service, or material found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale

3. No Consumer Reporting Service
